Vinyl Room

Currently, Vinyl Room will only be open on select show nights to those who purchase an upgrade with a show ticket or have a membership.

To see if Vinyl Room is open for your show night, visit the upgrades page and select an upcoming concert from the drop-down.

Vinyl Room will be open on Landmark Credit Union Live show days, starting 30 minutes before doors open for the show. Vinyl Room will remain open through the end of the show.

Vinyl Room is located on the second floor of the venue, and is accessible via the stairs or elevator. Upon entrance, a Vinyl Room host will show you to your seat.

Reservations are available 7 days in advance for Vinyl Room members. 

For guests who have purchased a Vinyl Room upgrade, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking is included for Vinyl Room members.

Guests who purchase a Vinyl Room upgrade can pre-purchase general admission parking for select events. If an event has parking available for advance purchase, a parking upgrade will be listed at the time of your Vinyl Room upgrade purchase, or can be found here.

Unless otherwise stated on our website, events in the Vinyl Room are ages 5 and up. Any age restrictions will be listed under “EVENT DETAILS” for each show on our calendar.

Exceptions made for family and children’s shows. All guests (regardless of age) must present a valid ticket.

ALL patrons attending a show with age restrictions of 18+ or 21+ will have to present ID before entry. Please note, this venue ONLY accepts the following bona fide forms of ID:

• Wisconsin Real ID/driver license/identification card
• Out-of-state driver's license/identification card
• U.S. Military identification without a physical description is acceptable
• Both U.S. and foreign passports with a photograph, but without a physical description, are acceptable

A person may not combine two unacceptable identifications to make one acceptable identification

Examples of identification that are not bona fide:

• U.S. Government Immigrant identification card
• Birth Certificate
• School or work identification card
• Identification issued by a non-government agency
• Social Security card
• Interim or temporary driver's license or receipt for license from DMV
• Foreign driver's license/identification card
• Check cashing card
• Otherwise valid document that is expired, altered, borrowed, stolen, counterfeit, or forged
