Allowed/Prohibited Items Policies
The following items are prohibited:
- Bags that do not meet our bag policy (must be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”)
- Outside food or drinks
- Weapons of any kind
- Chairs or Blankets of any kind
- Strollers
- Umbrellas
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans
- Hard-sided/large coolers
- Laser pointers
- Animals (except service animals)
- Fireworks
- Personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, or masks
- Professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial-use rigs)
- Unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
- Jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm (Metal Spikes, Chains, Etc.)
Bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags designated for family or medical use are permitted with additional search.
Nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses, disposable or point-and-shoot cameras, recording devices, and external flash/lighting.

Box Office Hours will become available closer to opening in February 2026.
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cash-to-card conversion will be available at our coat check inside the venue.
Yes, coat check is available for purchase the night of the show. To purchase, please visit our coat check once inside.
Landmark Credit Union Live has a no re-entry policy. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!
The venue does NOT allow camping or tailgating on venue property.
Landmark Credit Union Live does not allow smoking inside the venue or on any of the balconies. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking section on the 1st level.

Ticketing Policies
Located on the North East side of the venue, our box office will be open closer to venue opening as well as on show days two hours prior to doors. Outside of those times, you will need to purchase tickets at www.landmarkculive.com.
Most events in the Landmark Credit Union Live offer limited reserved seating in the balcony and General Admission standing room on the main floor. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.
All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.
A valid ID is required to attend any age-restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, a valid, non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.
Landmark Credit Union Live & the Vinyl Room have a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume, or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warning and will not be eligible for a refund.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. Show times and support acts are subject to change without notice. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds are available at the point of purchase. For online purchases, refunds will be issued automatically to the card on which the tickets were purchased.
Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, a guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact, and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Special rules apply to certain kinds of tickets (including transfer tickets and tickets you purchased but then resold). Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date, and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.
