• Personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, or masks
• Professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial-use rigs)  
• Unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• Jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm (Metal Spikes, Chains, Etc.) 

Bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags designated for family or medical use are permitted with additional search. 

Professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.

Disposable, point and shoot, and digital cameras are allowed.

Downtown Milwaukee has plenty of parking options! General admission parking is available for pre-purchase for select events only. If an event has parking available for advance purchase, a parking upgrade will be listed under the show here.

Our box office is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm - 6pm and on show days two hours prior to doors.

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cash-to-card conversion will be available at our coat check inside the venue. 

The venue does NOT allow camping or tailgating on venue property.

Yes, coat check is available for purchase the night of the show. To purchase, please visit our coat check once inside.

Landmark Credit Union Live has a no re-entry policy. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!

The use of tobacco products in any form, including smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes (e-cigs), or vaping devices, is prohibited inside Landmark Credit Union Live and on Deer District property. Guests who choose to exit the venue during an event to smoke will not be allowed to re-enter without a new, unscanned ticket, unless otherwise advertised by management.

Located on the North East side of the venue, our box office will be open starting on February 18, 2026. The box office will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm - 6pm and on show days two hours prior to doors. Outside of those times, you will need to purchase tickets at www.landmarkculive.com.

Most events in the Landmark Credit Union Live offer limited reserved seating in the balcony and General Admission standing room on the main floor.  Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages. 

All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children. 

All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. Show times and support acts are subject to change without notice. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds are available at the point of purchase. For online purchases, refunds will be issued automatically to the card on which the tickets were purchased. 

Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, a guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact, and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.
